Now, when you use a $4 coupon and the item is only $3.99, the register at Walgreens is going to beep at you… which makes a lot of checkers try to reject the coupon. There are a few things you can have them do… The most obvious thing is for them to just adjust the coupon down to $3.99. But, they could also adjust the item up to $4.00. Normally if you buy more than one the coupons won't beep, but the very last one will beep so just ask your cashier to adjust the price of the coupon to $3.99..I went and got 14 yesterday and my cashier was such a sweetheart I gave her one of my Free Air Wicks, had a cartfull and she was so sweet about it.
