I wonder if a women's shelter would take the makeup, since you don't wear it? I know they're always looking for work clothes and other items to help the ladies look presentable for job interviews, etc. Might make a good donation. Now that my stockpiles are filling up, I really have to do some research on food banks and shelters in my area.
