When it says "Available at Dollar General" - does that mean you can only use it at Dollar General? Or is it only offering a retail store suggestion, like an advertisement for Dollar General? I keep seeing Rite Aid scenarios with these coupons? Also, this coupon is only good up to $3. Let's hope for a good sale elsewhere - I don't have a Rite Aid near me. :(
