In one of January's inserts ( I'm not sure which one ) we got a $1 Kleenex coupon that has Use at HEB printed in red on the bottom left corner, well yesterday I confirmed with the manager that these can be used at their store since it is a Manufactures coupon and the " Use at HEB " wording is just an advertisement. I have used them twice and they do not beep so be prepared to absorb the $0.11 overage.

Final price $0.11 overage
It was a smartsource insert, don't remember the week though.
