I found this article interesting, I don't agree that Target is cheaper at all but they are better when it comes to stacking coupons. What do you think ?
I think it really just depends on the week you go and what item it is. I always "assume" that Walmart will be cheaper, but I've found quite a few things cheaper at Target! And like you, I like that I can stack my coupons at Target. And I never feel "nervous" at checkout that something will go wrong. I LOVE Walmart's new overage policy -- I just wish I could "trust" it to work like it should everytime, at every store, with every cashier, without any anxiety. That will take some time and MANY trouble-feee trips, I think.
I agree, I think Target prices are a bit higher but with stacking of coupons the price then is usually lower. I LOVE the fact I don't get the fifth degree when I hand my stack of coupons over. If it doesn't scan they usually side with me and just run it through. I'm still a bit leary with Walmart. Lynne D.
