This has got to be the best news ever ! Read on the left about coupons exceeding the price of the coupon, OMG they will even give you change back !! you all know what this means ? we don't have to deal with several members of cashiers, CSM's or Managers, they have to give us our overages ! I know a lot of us are nervous about WalMart ( me included ) because they aren't usually very coupon handy, so with their policy in hand they will have to give us what we want :)
