Set your printer to Greyscale so your coupons print in Black and White only.
Check Walgreens to see if your printer cartridge is one that they refill for $12.99.
Purchase a Refill kit from Walgreens ( $16.99 ) to do it yourself...make sure yours is refillable. I have been able to get 6 refills out of one package, that is a huge savings !
