So I just went to Wags on 78 and Rittiman and the cashier told me that there was a new coupon policy coming out on Sunday. I asked what type of changes will be made and she said she couldn't tell me b/c they haven't finished it yet. She said to just be ready for changes. It will be at the district level, not corporate. I just went shopping with coupons at a DIFFERENT Wags and the cashier didn't say anything to me at all about it. Personally, I HATE this Wags b/c they are VERY unfriendly to couponers (I heard comments about those that are excessive come straight from the manager's mouth) and I always have a hard time making purchases. Also, I didn't do as well as I thought I should have with my purchases so I am still a bit in shock over it. I guess the reason for this comment (other than to go on a small rant regarding my distaste for this particular Wags) is to see if you have heard anything. Has anyone been told that there will be a district policy change in the Converse area?
Reply:I have heard that they will be limiting couponers to 1 transaction per visit and this will be taking effect the month of May. But to me, if I go out to my car and come back in...that's my second visit :)I was also told that this is due to the show Extreme Couponing and people are clearing the shelves and non coupon users are complaining to corporate. But I will say this...Walgreens on 78 is never stocked for sales, I went in last Sunday when the doors opened for the Right Guard Body Wash ( because the shelves are always clear by the time I get there ) and they only had 6 on the shelf !! How is that propper stocking for a BOGO sale ?!?!?!!?
